1 Chicken breast (skinless/boneless), 4 tomatillo, 1/2 avocado,1.5 tbsp refried beans, 2corn 6" tortilla, 1/2cup cilantro
cut chicken breast in long strips (about 10), add salt and cayenne or red chilli flakes if want some heat. Pan fry them with PAM spray cooking oil until is not pink anymore. Add 4 tbsp of salsa verde (if you have to make salsa verde: in a blender combine 4small tomatillos, 1/4 red onion, 1/4 red pepper, cilantro, salt). Add salsa verde to chicken let it cook for 2-3 min at medium heat. Spread the refried beans on tortillas and heat in microwave, add chicken mixture, a handfull of mixed greens or lettuce and spoon avocado on top.
