Multi Grain Bread

2 C WW Flour1 C White Flour2-1/2 tsp yeast1 tsp sea salt1/3 C Olive Oil1/3 C of Sesame Seeds1/3 C of Flax Seeds1/3 C of unsalted Sun Flower Seeds1 C of Buttermilk1/3 C of warm water
I use my Kitchen Aid Mixer with the dough hook.
Mix dry ingredients. Heat buttermilk in microwave for 45 seconds, add honey, oil, water, mix together and slowly add to dry ingredients. Mix until tacky. Sometimes I have to add an extra 1/2 C of flour to make the dough tacky. Believe it or not it depends on the weather. Once mixed, I shape and put into my loaf pan. I make two recipes and bake for 30min at
350 degrees. Cool for 10 minutes, turn out to a cooling rack and completely cool, bag. I refrigerate the 2nd loaf until we need it.
Serving Size: We get 15 1/2 slices per loaf.
