Apple Crumble (hcg)

Ingredients
1 apple, with peel, diced1 tbsp milk (or 1/2 tbsp heavy cream)1 packet Stevia1/2 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp ground ginger1/4 tsp ground nutmeg1/8 tsp ground clove1/4 cup water---------------------------------1 serving Melba Toast (wheat or white), crushed into crumbles.
Directions
In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients except the melba. Cover & cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, until apple is tender.
Stir in the melba chunks - add a little more water if needed to keep from sticking. Cook another minute or two, until melba is moist.
