Ingredients
2-3 Tbs Cornstarch1/2 Cup Water2 Cups Vanilla Almond Milk 1 teas Vanilla Extract3 Tbs Sugar1/2 teas Ground Cinnamon1/4 teas Ground Cloves1/4 teas Ground Nutmeg
Directions
Mix the cornstarch and water together until smooth. Place almond milk and vanilla in heavy saucepan. Mix sugar and spices together, then add to milk, stir until mixed. Turn on heat to medium. Add cornstarch while stirring with whisk to prevent lumps. Bring to a boil stirring constantly, cook 2 minutes. Pour into cups, sprinkle with additional cinnamon.
