2 c. flour2 c. sugar2 tsp. bakiing soda1/2 c. butter1/2 c cocoa2 large eggs1 c. boiling water1 c. sour milk2 tsp vanilla** Sour milk before adding to receipe by stirring in 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar.Mix first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl, making sure eggs are mixed well. Add boiling water, mix. Add sour milk and vanilla. Continue until thoroughly mixed; batter will be thin.
Makes 24 cupcakes; 1/2 receipe to make one dozen.
Bake at 350 degrees, 15-20 minutes. Use toothpick to test.
