Atkins Induction-friendly, Low sodium Chili

Ingredients
2 c water1/3 can diced tomatoes, no salt added2/3 c celery diced1/2 small oniononion poweder, .5 tspepper, .5 tspgarlic powder .5 tspcabbage, 5.5 oz shredded, or thinly sliced1/4 small green pepperdash cayenne pepper2 tbsp chili powder
Directions
cook meat with vegetables. drain fat, if any. I used 93% so there was nothing to drain. Add tomatoes, spices, and water. Cook 1-3 hours and serve. Top with a dollop of sour cream, if desired (not included in nutritional calculations).
