Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Chicken

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts12 slices bacon2 tbsp spicy mustard1/4 c white or cider vinegar1 tbsp EVOO1 tsp Sriracha Chili-Garlic SauceS&P
Marinate chicken in mustard, vinegar, EVOO, garlic sauce and S & P for 30 min or longer. I usually do this while preparing side dishes and getting the grill heated up.
Lay 4 pcs bacon out horizontally on a flat surface and place a chicken breast on top in the center. Wrap ends around and towards the center of the breast. Secure with toothpicks.
Spray grill with nonstick spray before grilling and grill up to 15 minutes per side depending on preference for bacon crispiness, heat, and doneness.
Serving Size: makes 3 chicken breasts, 3 large or 6 small servings
