Ingredients
1/3 C 1% cottage cheese1/4 C dry old fashioned oatmeal1 large egg + 1 large eggwhite1/8 tsp baking powder1/8 tsp vanilladash cinnamonsweetener if desired (Splenda, etc.)1 small banana, sliced1/8 C SF pancake syrup
Directions
Blend all ingredients except banana and syrup. Pour onto hot griddle, flip when bubbly and then cook until done. Slice bananas over pancakes and drizzle with syrup if desired.
