Lemon Meringue

Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon, 1 cup, crushed (remove) Butter, unsalted, 6 tbsp (remove) Honey, 1 tbsp (remove) *Borden Eagle Brand Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk, 28 tbsp (remove) *Lemon Juice, 0.38 cup (remove) Egg, fresh, 4 large, separated
Make crust with crackers, melted butter, and honey.
Mix lemon juice, the 4 egg yolks, and condensed milk until smooth. Add the zest of the freshly squeezed lemon.
Bake in 300 degree oven until set, about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat egg white with cream of tartar and a dash of splenda. Spread on baked pie, then broil until lightly golden.
