Beef - Italian Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil12 oz Beef Top Round1/2 cup, chopped Onions 2 clove Garlic1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar 2 stalks Celery 1/2 cup Green Peppers 4 oz Mushrooms 1 medium Zucchini, chunk 1 can Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and OreganoItalian seasonings
Directions
Cut steak into chunks, saute in pan with some oil.

Add vinegar and allow to simmer till meat is tender. Drain meat. Add a little more oil and add chopped vegetables.

Add sauce and and some water to cover vegetables if needed.

Cook till meat and veggies are tender.

This could also be done in a crockpot.
