Butter Tarts

Ingredients
3 Eggs1.5 Cups Brown Sugar.75 Cup Corn Syrup.75 Cup Melted Butter.5 Cup Raisins1.5 Tbsp Vinegar24 Tenderflake Tart Shells
Directions
In a bowl, mix well corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter and egg. Add in vinegar and raisin.

Spoon filling into pastry shell to just below the rim.

Bake in bottom third of oven at 425 for about 10-12 minutes until filling is puffed and bubbly.
