Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 16 oz Sour Cream, reduced fat, 16 oz Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 1/2 cupEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 12 tbsp Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp Egg Noodles, enriched, 16 oz Cinnamon - 2 tspApricots, dried, 1/2 cup - choppedCinnamon to taste for topping
cook noodles and add all other ingredients to bowl with drained cooked noodles.. leave half of apricots out for topping. spread in pyrex 9 X 13 pan add remaining apricots to top and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste and bake 350 for 45 - 50 mins
