Lite Apple Matzah Kugel

Ingredients
matzah (slice), 5 sheets Granny smith apple - 3 apples, cored , peeled and choppedHome Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 1/3 cupEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 9 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, to taste - for topSplenda or Stevia 12 tsp Lemon Juice, 1/2 tsp
Directions
crumble matzah and soak in water for 2 mins.. drain

add all ingredients to wet/drained matzah
sprinkle with cinnamon on top to taste

spread in to pyrex 8 X 8 bake 350 for 45 mins or till brown
