6 oz Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Vanilla,1 cup *Crushed Ice3 medium Banana1 cup Milk, 2%1/2 cup of frozen Blueberries (unsweetened)1 tsp Granulated Sugar

combine all items in a blender and blend til smooth. If you are looking for a sugar free diet the sugar is optional because fruit naturally has sugar.
