Ingredients
1/2 cup yellow corn, rinsed and drained1/2 cup black beans, no salt added, rinsed and drained1/2 cup (cherry) tomatos, chopped1 tbsp fresh cilantro, torn into little pieces2 tsp lime juice1/4 tsp cuminpinch red pepper flakes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix, and refrigerate for at least 1/2 an hour to let flavors intensify.
