Ingredients
200g beef - round steak320g sliced onion3 oz sugar-free tomato paste (Contadina)1/2 cup sugar-free chicken stock (Kirkland)1/2-1 tsp ground black pepper2 tsp minced garlic1/4-1/2 tsp paprika1/4-1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions
In a small crock pot, mix the tomato paste & chicken stock until smooth - add the spices & stir again.
Stir in the onion slices & beef (either in small 'steaks' or in strips).

Cook on High for 4 hours or cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
