4 c confectioners sugar4 tblsp coconut oil or butter2 egg whites1 dash salt2 tsps vanilla extractFood coloring and colored sugars optional
Directions
To make icing, combine all icing ingredients and mix until smooth. Food processor works great! For colored icing, add a few drops of food coloring.
