1 1/2 large red tomatoes1/3 cucumber not peeled but seeds removed1/4 spanish onion1/4 green bell pepper, seeds removed1 clove of garlic1 tbsp of red wine vinegar1 tsp of vigin olive oilsalt to tastewater or ice
You need a very good blender. Place all ingredients coarsely chopped in blender except water or ice. Blend at highest speed. It should become a puree. If you are going to have it later you can add between 2 and 3 cups of cold water, blend again and place in the fridge to serve chilled.
If you are going to have it immediately, you can substitute water for ice and blend again until completely dissolved.
