Vegetarian Vegetable Stew in Tomato base

Ingredients
Pepper, black, 1.5 tbsp1 carrot1 Celery stalkSweet Corn, Fresh, corn cut raw from cobTomato Paste, 1/2 can (6 oz)Lentils, 1/2 cup Garlic, Minced, SPICE WORLD (1tsp/5g), 1 tsp White Potato(1 medium), 3 serving Sweet Onion, 1 cup No-Salt (original) Sodium-Free Salt, 5 tsp Swanson Vegetable Broth, 3 serving
Directions
Chop all vegetables, add 4 ounce tomato paste, garlic, No-sale, pepper. Cook in crockpot for at least 3 hours on high, lower and cook at least an additional 2 hours. Enjoy in 1 cup serving. I topped mine with a few seasoned croutons.
