Broccoli & Cheese Soup

Ingredients
1 Bunch of Broccoli1/2 cup of diced carrots1/2 can Cream of Chicken Soup1 can Cream of Celery Soup1-1/2 cups 2% milk2 Tbsp white flour or cornstarch3 ox Velveeta Cheese, cubedSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Steam broccoli and carrots until tender - reserve liquid. Chop broccoli and carrots and place in crockpot. Place 1-1/2 cups reserved liquid into crock pot (add water to make up any missing liquid). Place flour or cornstarch and a little water into a container and stir until all lumps are removed. Add to crock pot. Add milk, cheese and soups. Cook on high until cheese melted.
