salsa verde chicken medallions with roasted veggies

Ingredients
1 package of chicken breast medallions (or 6 breasts sliced in half) 3 zucchini4 red and green bell peppers1 c. pre-made salsa verde (i like to use Hy-Vee's brand)PamHeavy Duty Aluminum Foil
Directions
line a baking sheet with foil, leave extra for wrapping

spray with Pam

slice all ingredients and put on sheet
pour salsa verde over ingredients

Seal the mixture by wrapping it in foil

Roast for 1 hour in the oven at 400 degrees
