Couscous salad with dried cherries

Ingredients
Couscous, .75 cup, cooked (remove)Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Dried Cherries, .5 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)*Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2.5 tsp (remove)
Directions
In a large saucepan bring broth to a boil. cover and remove. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and cool. In bowl combine couscous, cherries, carrot, onions. In jar with tight fitting lid combine liquids and shake well, pour over salad and mix. Serve warm or cool
