2 pounds Bulk italian sausage15 large eggs, blended
cook italian sausage in a cast iron pan, then add blended eggs and cook until eggs are cooked in middle, then browned on one side. Remove skillet and place into 350 degree oven to brown the top of the frittata.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then flip out whole frittata onto a plate. Cut into 12 pieces.
