Ham & Onion Frittata

Ingredients
2 c. diced ham1/2 c. diced onion1 T. butter10 eggs, beaten1/2 c. whole milk1 c. shredded Swiss cheesesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown ham and saute onions in butter in a 9-inch oven-safe skillet. Beat eggs & milk together with salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture into skillet over ham and onions and cook until bottom of frittata is set. Place the skillet in the oven. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Then broil for another 2 minutes or until the frittata puffs up and is cooked all the way through.
