Ingredients
1 egg1 c milk2 T sugar1 1/4 c flour1/4 t salt1 t baking powder
Directions
Beat egg & milk. Add mixed dry ingredients. Pour batter in funnel and drop into 1 1/2 - 2 cups oil. cook 1-2 minutes per side.
