Tortilla-Free Burrito

Ingredients
1.25 lbs. Lean Ground Turkey1 Med. yellow onion, chopped1 C diced yellow, red or green bell pepper (approx 1 med pepper)1T chili powder1t ground cumin1t ground mustard1t oregano Red Chile Flakes (optional - to taste)1.5 Black Beans (cooked) or kidney beans - (15-ounce can, rinsed & drained)1 (10-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed -or- 10C fresh baby spinachCilantro (to taste)
Directions
Coat a large nonstick skillet or dutch oven with cooking spray. Add ground turkey, onion and bell pepper and simmer for about 5 minutes, until just cooked through.
Add the chili powder, cumin, mustard, oregano and chile flakes (if desired). Stir well. Add the beans and spinach and cook just until heated through. Season t taste.
Garnish with cilantro.
