Ingredients
3# Chicken Thighs1 med onion, chopped5 cloves garlic, crushed1/4 cup grated ginger root4 tsp garam masala1 tsp ground turmeric1/4 cup lime juice1/4 cup rice vinegar1/2 cup chicken broth1 tsp salt
Directions
Put the chicken, onion & garlic in slow cooker.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chicken.
Cover the slow cooker, set on low and cook 6-7 hours.
