1 cup of chickpeas1/4 cup of water or juice from the can2 cloves of garlic pressed1 tsp of horseradish2 tbsp. lemon juice1 tbsp tahini
Directions
blend all the ingrients together until smooth, i like to eat mine with whole wheat pita
