Ingredients
1/4 cup rice1/2 cup kidney beans2 tbsp salsa1-2 romaine leaved, choppedCuminGarlic powderNature's Seasoning
Directions
Cook the rice, drain and rinse the beans. Add the spices and salsa, toss well and serve over chopped romaine.

Serving Size: Makes one healthy sized snack or side dish. Can easily be scaled up for a main dish or multiple servings.
