2/3 CUP IMMY DEAN TURKEY SAUSAGE CRUMBLES (X2)1/4 CUP DICED ONIONS1 CUP MUSHROOMS (CANNED BUT RINSED AND DRAINED)4 1/2 CUPS EGG BEATERSIN A SAUTE PAN I COOKED MY ONIONS, SAUSAGE, AND MUSHROOMSI USED THE MINI LOAF PANS SPRAY THE PAN WITH PAM THEN ADD EQUAL AMOUNTS TO EACH LOAF IN THE PAN. THEN ADD IN EGG BEATERS AND BAKE ON 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES (OVENS VARY ) DONE WHEN TESTED WITH A KNIFE COMES OUT CLEANSO YUMMY AND QUICK AND THEY FREEZE REALLY WELL.
