Warmed Spinach Salad

Ingredients
2 cups baby spinach leaves1 Large Roma tomato, seeded and diced or cut into chunks1/4 cup red onion, chopped2 oz Goat cheese crumbles10 pecan halves, chopped4 Tablespoons Newman's Own Low Fat Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
Directions
Divide baby spinach leaves onto two salad plates. Top with Goat cheese crumbles. Set aside. Place tomatos, oniion and balsamic dressing in small saucepan and heat until warm, (about 5 mins on med heat). Dish out Tomato and onion onto salad plates and pour warm dressing over all. Sprinkle with pecans and serve immediately. Makes 2 salads.
