Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients
5 oz. whole wheat noodles8 oz. lean ground beef1/2 cup onion, chopped8 oz. fresh mushrooms1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream10 3/4 oz. can reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup1/4 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp table salt1 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Cook noodles as directed on package. Brown hamburger with onions & mushrooms. Add soup & seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream until heated through.
