Fried Rice

Ingredients
Directions
celery, 1 stalk choppedegg, 1 large3 green oinions slicedmushrooms, 8 oz, slicedSpinach, 10 oz frozen package2 TBS low sodium soy sauce1 TBS oil
Cook brown rice according to package directions to make 3 cups cooked rice.
Cut veggies, mushrooms, celery, green onions, etc.
Put oil in Wok (or glarge skillet) and add veggies, stir fry for 5 minutes
add tofu, and egg and cook.
Add cooked Spinach (you can zap it in the microwave first)
Add rice and soy sauce.
heat and serve.
