High Fiber/Protein Bread

Ingredients
1 1/4 c milk (I use soy milk b/c hubby is allergic to dairy(1/4 c water2 Tbsp Honey3 c whole wheat flour1/3 c wheat germ2 1/4 tsp (one packet) active dry yeast (or instant - doesn't matter)1/2 c white flour (I actually used about 4 oz of old dough - dough left from a batch of french bread I made. I saved some of it in the freezer before baking the rest. Makes the texture SO much better!)
Directions
add all ingredients in order listed to bread machine, with the exception of old dough. If using flour instead, add with other flours.

Set to whole wheat loaf setting. As bread is mixing, add old dough in small pieces. Let the bread machine do it's thing!
