Protein Brownies

Ingredients
1stick butter3/4 cup almond butter1/2 cup granulated splenda2 whole eggs, separated2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa5 oz chocolate american whey protein powder4 egg whites2 tbsp flax seed meal8 oz fat-free cream cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter; add the cocoa until smooth. Beat 1 whole egg and 1 egg white into almond butter; add the splenda, chocolate mixture, american whey and flax seed meal. Beat the 4 egg whites until stiff; fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into an 8X8 silicone pan. Beat remaining egg yolk into cream cheese and swirl onto the top. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
