Potato podimas

Ingredients
Boiled Potato, 2 serving (remove)Sunflower Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, 2 tsp (remove)Mustard seed, yellow, 1 tsp (remove)Other things not included in the recipe are:Indian green chillies - 1Urad Dal - For garnishingCurry Leaves Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Directions
Boil the potato separately, mash it (coarsely) and keep aside. Add oil in a pan, when it is hot, add mustard seeds and let it crack. Add urad dal, green chillies and curry leaves. Add the mashed potatoes. Add turmeric powder and salt. Cook for 3 minutes.
