Ingredients
Hormel natural choice uncured bacon, 2 strips pan fired, 3.5 serving *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped) Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Peas, frozen, 1 cup *Baked Potato, with skin, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia. *coby mont jack cheese 1/4 cup serving, 2 serving *Eggbeater Liquid egg substitute, .5 cup *2 percent milk 1 cup, 1 serving *Bisquick Gluten Free Baking Mix, 0.33 cup
Directions
Fry bacon, drain fat, add other chunked up ingredients. Mix GF bisquick, eggbeaters, and milk. Pour over top. Bake 350 for 25 minutes or until set and golden.
