Easy Spicy Cabbage Soup (Crock Pot)

Ingredients
Cabbage 12 cupsBok Choy 2 Cups diced fineOnion 2 cupsCarrots 2 Cans or 3 Cups rawStewed Tomatoes 1 CanLipton onion soup mix 1 envelope I use home made beef broth from saved stew meat bones. 10 cups. You can use beef broth can or other you just need 10 cups of liquid 2 TBS Crushed red pepper1 TBS Cumin1 TBS Cayenne pepper Ground1 TBS Black Pepper1 TBS Salt or Salt to taste
Directions
Place all veggies in crock, sprinkle onion soup pack dry over the top, Sprinkle remaining dry spices over top and mix well. 1 cup at a time add Beef broth and mix well.
Let it cook on Medium heat for 5 hours and serve. If you like cabbage and love spice you will like this. Enjoy

    Made this soup and enjoyed it. I do have to say it was a little to hot with the amount of spices used. My husband wouldn't eat the soup (and he loves spicey hot) I am going to make this again but will cut back on the amount of each spice. - 8/17/13
