Thin crust pizza

Ingredients
crust Flour, white, 2 cup Baking Powder, 3 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Water, tap, 2/3 cup Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp (or olive oil) toppings Prego Spaghetti Sauce, 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz Mushrooms, fresh, 1/2 cup, diced Black Olives, 10 jumbo, diced *Oscar Mayer Turkey Breast, 2oz, diced
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients. Add liquids and stir. Knead dough. Roll dough thinly. Place rolled dough onto pizza pan, add prego sauce and top with toppings. Bake for 18-20 minutes, depending on crust thickness.
