4 tbls ground flax1 tsp baking powder1-2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp coconut oil1 lrg egg1 packet Stevia1 small banana or 2 Tbsp blueberries
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a mug or ovenware dish,
cook either in microwave for 60+ seconds or bake in oven 450 for twenty minutes
