Flourless Chocolate Brownies

7 oz unsweetened chocolate6 large eggs6 tbsp butter1/2 cup sweetener
Melt 6 tbsp butter and 7 oz unsweetened chocolate.
Separate 6 eggs and whip yolks and whites separately.
While butter and chocolate cool, keep busy. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.
Whip half a cup of sweetener (I use Ideal) into the whites until stiff peaks form. Ones the chocolate is cool, whisk in the egg yolks and fold in the sweetened whites.
Pour into springform pan lined with parchment/butter paper and greased generously. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
Slice as desired and serve!
