Ingredients
1 C Oats 1 c Chocani non fat greek vanilla yogurt.1/3 melted butter2 eggs1 c brown sugar1 c all purpose flour1 tsp baking pwd1 tsp salt,1/4 tsp baking soda
Directions
Mix 1 c oats and 1 c Chocani non fat greek vanilla yogurt. Add 1/3 c melted butter, 2 eggs, 1 cup brown sugar. Sift 1 c flour, 1 tsp baking pwd, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp baking soda together separately. Stir dry into wet. Fill muffin cups. Bake 375 for 20-25 min
