Spicy Indian Style Cabbage

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil oil1/2 of a large head of green cabbage, sliced thinly3 cloves garlic, minced1/2 tsp cayenne1/2 tsp ground turmericsalt and pepper to taste, if desired
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over med-high heat. When hot, add cabbage. Cover and let cook for two-three minutes. Cabbage should be darkened on the bottom. Add remaining ingredients, stir and cover. Add a little water if too dry and cook until soft, stirring occasionally.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 3-1 cup servings
