Ingredients
White Rice, long grain, 1 cup*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, .5 cup, mashedOnions, raw, .33 cup, choppedGarlic, 1 cloveOlive Oil, 1 tbspChili powder, 2 tsp1.75 Cups Chicken Stock
Directions
chop onions and mince garlic. Add oil to cooking vessel and saute onions and garlic. Add rice and cook until translucent. Add tomatoes, chili powder, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer, covered, for 40 minutes.
