Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 Onion1 Green pepper1 Red pepper1 Yellow pepperCoconut oil
Directions
Cut the chicken into cubes or slices. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and cook the chicken. While it's cooking, add a variety of spices. I use salt, cumin, crushed red peppers, and Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute. Once the chicken is cooked, put in a bowl to the side. Heat up a little more coconut oil and cook the onion and peppers. When they're at your desired tenderness, add the chicken back to the pan just long enough to make sure it's all mixed together and warm.
