3 TBSP Chunky Salsa1 Egg White or 1/4 cup egg substitute1 Packet Taco Seasoning Mix1/4 c. Plain Bread Crumbs1/2 c. Skim Milk1 lb. Ground Chicken
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Stir the first 5 ingredients together in a large bowl, let sit 5 minutes.
3. Add ground chicken, mix thoroughly.
4. Press mixture into a loaf pan lined with aluminum foil.
5. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees.

LOLATURTLE
This was very easy to put together, and came out really delicious!! I loved it and will definitely make again. Mine had a lot of liquid on top when it first came out of the oven, but it soaked back in after it sat for 10 min or so. I'd recommend letting it stand a few minutes before taking it ou - 4/13/17
