Ingredients
All Purpose Unbleached Flour, 2 cup Milk, 2%, 2 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Lemon juice, 1 tbsp Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp
Directions
Whisk together lemon and milk, Set aside to thicken.
Whisk together dry ingredients in large bowl. Melt butter and cool slightly. Add butter and egg to milk and whisk. Make well in dry ingredients. Pour in milk mixture and whisk gently until a just few small lumps remain.
