Ingredients
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup (thats 1 15.5 oz can)mcCormick grill mates chicken rub, 2 tsp
Directions
pre heat oven to 425. line a baking sheet with foil. drain beans and put them into a baggie. add the 2 tsp of grill mate. shake to coat. put beans on a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes or until beans are dried out and crisp. a great healthy snack.

***note add 1.5 teaspoons of cinnamon plus 2 tsp of splenda instead of the grill mate for a sweet version...
calories based on 1/2 cup.
