Bacon Onion Cheeseburger Mini Meatloaf

Ingredients
1/2 medium onion, diced1/4 cup mushrooms, diced1 clove garlic, minced1 lb lean ground turkey2 green onions, diced1/4 cup oats, dry1/4 cup skim milk2 egg whites1 tbsp worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp kosher salt1/2 tsp black pepper3 slices center cut bacon, halved6 tbsp fat free cheddar cheese, shredded1 tsp olive oil
Directions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, saute onions and mushrooms in olive oil until golden. Set aside.

2. In a small bowl, combine oats and milk and let sit for 1 minute. Meanwhile, beat egg whites and add to turkey. Add oats to turkey mixture as well.

2. Add cooled veggies and all remaining ingredients (except bacon). Mix until combined. Divide into 6 equal portions. Form into mini meatloaves. Place 1/2 slice of bacon across each little loaf.

3. Bake for 40 minutes in a 350F oven.

4. Remove loaves from oven and top each with 1 tbsp cheddar cheese. Continue cooking 5 - 7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
