Crockpot Chicken tacos

Ingredients
4-5 boneless skinless chicken breasts16 oz jar of Salsa8oz container of reduced fat sour cream (can use fat free for an even lower fat version)Tortillas or taco shells of your choice
Directions
Spray the inside of your crockpot with a non-stick spray. Place 4-5 chicken breasts in and 1 16oz jar of salsa. Cook in the crockpot on low for 8 hours. Shred chicken with a fork and stir in 1 8oz container of reduced fat sour cream. Serve with taco shell or tortilla of your choice!! So yummy!
